Shipping

We ship all products by United States Postal Service unless a request is made by the customer to use another method. All standard shipping is either First Class Mail or Priority Service in the United States. You can elect to have Express Mail.

International mail is by Air Mail or Priority Mail.

There is a small charge of $1.00 included in the shipping quote for packaging and handling.

Returns 

If not completely satisfied with your Christmas Spider as described, SJB Productins will refund the cost or replace it upon return.

SJB Productions does not except return DVD which are opened and in good operating condition. Only defective product may be returned for replacement. Unopened products can be returned under certain conditions.
